Our Student Council is collecting items for the Spartanburg Humane Society Animal Shelter. You may donate dog food, cat food, kitty litter and other items for the shelter until April 27th.

Hailey Zunker was featured in Upstate Parent Magazine as one of the "10 Students Who Make A Difference."

Maze building has begun in the library! 3rd and 5th graders are busy building models of their mazes they drafted on paper for their Sphero robots to travel through using code!

Hope everyone had an opportunity to see first grade students' artwork during their art exhibition! We're so proud of each and every one of them!

Beginning March 19th, follow your furriest friends to the "Paws for Books Book Fair: Come. Stay. Read a Great Tale!" at Anderson Mill!

The book fair will run:
March 19th-30th, from 7:10-3:00, and March 22nd, 7:10-6:30.

Spring Pictures and Class Pictures will be taken on Wednesday, March 7th.

AMES Honors Chorus performed beautifully tonight at the Spartanburg School District Six Choral Festival! We’re so proud of each one of them!

Second grade’s performance today was full of the cutest lions, tigers, zebras, giraffes, and elephants anyone has ever seen! We were blown away by their talent as they taught us all about animals and loved their artwork in the art exhibition!

AMES Student Council presented community service members with over 100 gifts of gratitude to show our appreciation for their dedication to local citizens! Thank you to everyone who donated!

Due to winter weather and a forecast that includes black ice, all Spartanburg County Schools will be closed on Friday, January 19, 2018.
